I too am mired in projects and chores... finish one just in time for two more...
did get to sneak in a few fun flights on Elite this last week tho...
Looking forward to seeing more GIs in 'Elite Land' as the game ramps up and the new planes become available!!

wanna post this as a shout out to acefreely as a great team player and wing man we where outnumbered 4 to 2 with vhuntress/charlie8/evermec/tx constable and me and ace held them at bay for a good ten mins till help came along gg ace .the screen shot is missing a few that left before the final curtain came down as you can see chickeport left the sinking ship

Just giving a heads up. I will be out of the sky's for a couple of days next week. After March 7th. I'm having a minor surgery to have a defibulator put in and will have a one or two day stay in the wonderful confine' s of a hospital. Yum hospital food..lol. I will resume killing reds after my release and will try pushing towards another moraf in GI shortly there after..thanks.

Thanks jasta, pink and Nebs. I'm having it done at the absolute best hospital around. Oklahoma heart hospital in Oklahoma city so I'm in good hands. My surgeon has been on the news several times as an advisor on heart issue's. And my cardio doctor is from Ireland and worked at John Hopkins in Baltimore and Oklahoma university health center for 25 years, and Oklahoma heart hospital for 6 years now. I appreciate all of ya for the thoughts. Should be a smooth 2-3 hour surgery and not expecting much problem' s . Thanks all..

Thanks sharp and always thanks for.the kind words. I'll be flying tomorrow then off Monday and maybe Tuesday. Recovery is gonna be a blur I'm sure..see y'all back as quickly as possible..

happy march to everyone! the snow is beginning to melt and the sun is less of a stranger these days! it's been a long winter up here on the frozen tundra.

DF Elite will be getting the top story this week. more players are joining up and i received an update in the windows store so now i am able to view the squad lists. that means the GI-Elite squadron can now be formed. i will be in contact with people throughout the day and hopefully by tonight we will have a new elite squad. The GI-Elite squad will not have any effect on the normal functions of our 3 wings in DF 1. i will make an announcement once the new squadron is formed.

in big 30 news Jasta1 is hot on my heels and i feel this may be my last week in the #2 spot. great job jasta! keep blasting away! Pinkstar30 is getting closer to the top 100 by the day so let's wish her well! this week we see rank ups by Savage Viking and AceFreely. congrats guys!
