Sub Categories

The first 5 Sub Categories will be:

1. Best Tank Driver

2. Best Rifle Shooter Chute or Ground

3. Best Entertainer in Game

4. Best Entertainer Forum /WC

5. Best New Pilot


IMPORTANT:
Separate threads have been created for each category to ease the compilation process.
Please vote under the respective thread categories.

• Each Month Sub Categories will be released each week. Voting will last for 10 days.
• During this period everyone will be allowed to vote for 3 people per category.
• You cannot vote for yourself.
• Please use the Players full in game / forum name, include their Squad name if applicable.
• This will help avoid confusion of names. If necessary we will send you a PM to clarify.
• If you select more than 3 people, we will use the first 3 names in your post.
• When making your votes we urge you to consider, game play, skill, attitude, and participation in the game, forum, and Dogfight Community.
• After voting ends on each thread names will be compiled.
• We will then present the top ten members from each category.
• Their names will be added to the Hall of Honor under the category for the Month.
• The 2 members with the highest vote total of all 5 categories will win a nomination for the Best of the Best category.

• Nominations for the Best of the Best will begin on the 1st of every Third Month and will last for 10 days.
• Each person can nominate 3 people.
• Please use members full in game / forum name.
• If you nominate more than 3 people, we will take the first 3 names in your post.
• At the end of the nomination period the 4 highest vote totals plus the 2 Nominees from the Sub Categories will be presented for voting.
• Once voting begins everyone will be allowed to vote for 3 of the nominees.
• You cannot vote for yourself.
• The voting period will last for 14 days.
• If you cast multiple votes, again, we will use the first name in your post.
• At the conclusion of the voting period, votes will be tallied and the 4 Inductees will be announced on the nomination / voting thread.


• Their names will be added to the Official Hall of Honor list.
• They will also be given a badge to add into their signature identifying them as a Member of the Hall of Honor.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• There will not be a "Hall of Shame". This Hall is totally focused on the positive aspects and influences of the game and Players.
• Second, in the event of a tie in either category, World Rank will decide the winner.

There aint no fun in flying if you cant have fun in dying Lastly, I think most people end up being funny or having fun if you engage them in conversation during mission. It makes me laugh that most players know Pluribus as the guy who just sits on the ground burning and whining. He is a deadly pilot when he wants to be. Nobody stays in the top 50, without some skills.

The simple phrase "Pluribus joined the game" makes me giggle and imediately say to myself: "This is going to be fun".
Guys, its better to go asking for the second place, cuz Plur looks like an unanimity on this category.

So, I need to mention a guy I miss a lot: New Jersey Devil (Misfit Devil, last time I read his nick ingame). His chat words always showed clearly how he was having fun. My morale always raised when he was ingame, no matter if blue or red. Miss you, man. Hope you are healthy and happy, wherever you are.

Third one is Gunhill, aka Auld - just because he is a Cruzeiro fan, like me, and we chat about football ingame.

Edit: I know, its only 3 to nominate. But I cant post this without mentioning McFate, Swop, Manfred, Jacklpe, Rudolf Pinknose (I know, I know), Ka5ey, Davy Crocket, Hulk, M4rtin, Yemx, First Blood (aka Menstruation), Flying Muck, Dentinhead, Estilo (an argentinian guy who is a nice one to chat with!) and many, many, many others that makes me smile. This game is fun, mostly, because of you guys.

I second this - I once saw that dude get up in the air and in a blink shoot down 3 guys, after he was then shot down himself.
He then went back to "burning & whining". He can really fly when he wants to.
