The ranks are now cumulative based on points earned by kills, hangars bombed, hits to zeppelins and ships and wins.

Zuperman May have added some additional points now listed under 'trophys'

The ranking used to involve a system where your points did not register unless you landed intact or successfully in a parachute. This is reflected in some of the older player's ranks.

For example, [NLR] *420* is ranked #59. She started playing +/- 5 years ago (before the forum existed) Her total stats and total kills etc are more than mine but I am #53.

The system changed to straight points about 2 years ago.
